Your residence card without the stress or costly mistakes
We’ve been handling legalisation since 2021. We’re foreigners ourselves and have been through the process — so we know every step from the inside and explain it in plain language.

Why people trust us
An honest guarantee
The decision is made by the voivodeship office (urząd wojewódzki), so nobody can honestly promise “100% success”. But if you’re refused, we file an appeal or apply again — you only pay the government fee.
Pay in instalments
Legalisation services can be paid in 2–3 instalments. For example, a work-based residence card: 1000 + 600 + 700 zł.
There when you need us
We call back within 10–15 minutes on average and reply in the evenings and at weekends. We speak English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.
All over Poland
Our office is in Wrocław; cases from other cities we handle online, sending documents via InPost.

How long does a residence card take?
By law, 90 days. In practice, a work-based card takes about 12 months and citizenship about 2 years. It depends on the voivodeship and the case officer.
How much does it cost and what’s included?
The price covers checking your documents, the application, filing, answering the office’s requests and support until the decision. Government fees are extra.
I’m not in Wrocław. How will you handle my case?
Online: we send the contract and documents via InPost, and consultations are by video call.
What guarantees do you give?
The decision is made by the office, so we don’t promise “100% success”. But if you’re refused, we file an appeal or apply again with no fee for our work.
Can I pay someone to make it faster?
No — and we don’t work that way. The only way to speed things up is the legal one: an official complaint about the delay.
When do I pay?
Payment is due before we start. Legalisation can be paid in 2–3 instalments.
